All our meters are designed to operate together, providing a seamless straightforward interface with Building Management Systems, using either MBus or Modbus.

Automated Meter Reading and Billing
SmartLink45 is a web-based meter reading and pre-payment system, that can read and prepay upto 3 utilities in a single transaction.
For landlords this system is web-based, available 24/7, cardless and cashless, thereby eliminating any fraud. All monies paid online, excluding standing charges are paid over to the landlord on a monthly basis. On-line access is given to all Landlords, so that they can monitor each meter in their portfolio. Tenants love the simplicity as they are able to top up in three easy steps. Hassle-free and easy to use. Product Range
Our product range covers high quality, efficient and reliable water meters for both domestic and commercial use. Our water meters cover single jet dry dial to multi-jet turbine meters, whilst our larger MAXi water meters are Woltmann Helix Bulk water meter suitable for both water distribution and commercial use. Both multi-jet and Helix are WRAS approved.
Our gas meters cover different applications, and we stock both diaphragm and turbine models, both ISOEN approved and come standard with pulsed outputs. We stock all accessories for your gas meters including our own Smartlink Gas Safety barrier, for potentially explosive zones, as well as pulse converters for M-bus and Modbus. Our electric meters are both din-rail and wall mounted and our Smartlink EM Range can measure anything from instant Volt, Amp, power, frequency, active, reactive and apparent power, single and three phase metering, are din-rail mounted and our smallest 100Amp with CT, has a height of 10cm and width of only 1.8cm.
Our SmartHeat45, designed by Meters UK are the only heat meters manufactured in the UK and are extensively used throughout the country, due to their reliability and ease of use. They are patented and we are proud to call them our own! We have also produced the Smartlink45 online reading and prepayment meter, which is gaining popularity, as it proves to be an easy to use, stable system, which both tenants and landlords love.
Shipping
We ship our products throughout the UK, to Europe and the UAE. Meters UK ensure that the correct packaging, transport and mode of delivery is selected for your particular parcel.
Our UK Domestic Service is based on 24Hr Delivery via Fedex courier for orders placed before 2:30 pm and subject to availability of stock.
Four pricing structures are in place, being:-
Fedex Next Day Delivery over 3kg £ 12.50
Royal Mail Tracked under 3kg £ 5.60
Pallet Delivery for all goods over 20kg £ 75.00 (dependant on size & volume)
Royal Mail First Class upto 1kg £ 4.95
All International Shipments vary dependant on size, weight and location. These shipments are quoted for individually as per each order placed.

Warehouse & Distribution
Meters UK have a fully stocked warehouse. We are able to provide stock on a next day basis and have extensive quantities of each item, giving you the confidence to know that if you are quoting for a large project, Meters UK will be able to supply you with what you need.
Our warehouse staff are fully trained in ensuring that the correct stock is issued, packed securely and that all relevant documentation is included and your order dispatched, timeously. All items are sent next-day Fedex, except pallets which depending on your location should take 2-3 days to be delivered to your door. Our distribution network is extensive and due to our stock holding and product reliability, we are a preferred supplier.
Bespoke Solutions & On-site Commissioning
With our dedicated team of engineers and technicians, we will discuss your requirements and create a bespoke solution, specific to your needs. All of our products are designed to be compatible, and with over 30 years of experience, we will find the best possible solution for your business, project or home.
Once the design, manufacture and installation of your project is complete we can come on site and commission the meters so that you are happy that everything is working as it should.
