All goods must be examined on receipt of delivery and any damage or shortage, must be reported, to Meters UK, immediately.
We shall replace any goods damaged or lost in transit to the delivery address, provided such damage or loss is reported to the company within 2 working days.
Products sold by Meters UK have a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. Should an item become faulty within the guarantee period, the item can be returned free of charge, for repair or if this is not possible, the item will be replaced.
For goods returned for any other reasons the return carriage charge must be borne by the customer.
A restocking charge of 30% will be incurred by the purchaser on non-used goods.
In certain circumstances certain goods will not be accepted for return and are classed as non-refundable items. These items are products purchased from Meters UK to which are manufactured to order only. Meters UK cannot accept returns on these items to which the purchaser will be notified prior to purchase.
Any attempts to return a product after 28 days of purchase for any reason other than it becoming faulty, will NOT be accepted and no refund will be granted.
Any goods returned will be assessed upon return to assess the condition. In order to receive a refund, the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
No refund will be granted for products deemed to be incorrectly installed.
